They lie. Told me my product was delivered when indeed it was not. When I called they told me it was on the way. Well, which is it: it's on the way or its been delivered? In addition, no instructions on how to adjust straps. The product comes all the way from China which is why it took so long to receive. User's recommendation: DON'T BUY THIS!!!
