To let customers know about battery warranties

1

Car battery would not hold a charge after 18 months. South Sebring store claimed that even though it would not keep a charge, that if they charged it for 10 minutes and it tested good, then they could not warranty it. Finally, on a trip out of town, the vehicle would barely start at a gas station. I made my way to another Advance store. They tested it In the vehicle and said it was definitely bad and replaced it. The store manager said he had no idea why someone would say the battery was good. User's recommendation: Always get a second store’s opinion.
