I was going to try the free version but it automatically took me to the billing section. I have issues with pop-ups and their claim was to fix issues for $25 for the premium package for a total of $27 including taxes There was a tab in the order section that asked if I wanted to fix my computer and I accepted it but, I was unknowingly charged an additional $25 It didn't fix anything and said I'd be charged an additional fee for that. Then the fun began!! I tried to find the customer service phone number and all the numbers I found went to 3rd party tech support companies who wanted me to pay $179 more to fix my computer. Once I found the correct number the lady was helpful and initiated the refund!! User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost.
