To give an update of what resulted in my complaint.

I had to extend my car rental because of covid having to wait for results, so I stayed a few days longer than was planned. When I called Alamo the first time, the lady was a little huffy and not really willing to work with me. Thus, the reason for my complaint. A couple of days later, she called me and worked with me on the price, and that was what I was hoping for in the first place. I appreciated that. She was friendlier and had the attitude of wanting to help. User's recommendation: It may be easier to book separate from the airline reservation.
