Dear Maxis, I would like to apologies that I badly need to get back my old number which is 012273****(old number) postpaid number which I hv terminated this year February and my current number is 012954****(postpaid) for a business purpose in view of the security code been sent to my old number. Moreover, I have also went to Maxis KLCC to request for my old number and I have been dialling Maxis Hotline everyday and night to speak to your dear customer service, unfortunately they dont answer the call. My case number is G-890780. Kindly can you please please please expidy the process for me to get the number. Your help is kindly appreciated, thank you so much
