I had a oil change and a tire rotation needed to get a new filter was not told That I will be charge for the filter and also to put the filter in $25 unbelievable and when I mentioned this to the manager Joseph Ehnes he was very rude proceeded to argue with me snatch from me refused to give me my receipt until I calm down. Unacceptable I am a customer he does not know what Im going through I came for a service and I pay for my service Im not there to be chastised as if Im a child and he also proceeded to tell me that that was his store he could do whatever he wanted to do Mr.Ehnes Was very aggressive Customer service was despicable
