Update by user Oct 16, 2020 Nothing. They close the case on both of my claims and are not able to help me with anything it’s not fair. I’m not working and there’s money that is lost is stressing me out and has been for the last couple weeks it’s been in my account and I have been a loyal customer for years now. I don’t understand why this is happening and I’ll make sure to let all my friends and family know how heartless Wells Fargo‘s policy is and how uneducated and miss leading they are ! Original review posted by user Oct 16, 2020 This is the second time I have had issues and Try to file a claim and I have been missed told information on top of getting wrong information. I spent time sending in documents as they were requested for proof of double payments and still was not able to get my money back. Im going going to be leaving Wells Fargo because of this. Thanks for nothing ! User's recommendation: They won’t help with any fraud claims !
