This company has dropped the ball on many occasions. As a military member I have had the utter displeasure of having to deals with these incompetent bumbles three times now, and they mess up more each time. Customer service is horrible to non existent. WHY CAN'T ANYONE ANSWER A DAMN PHONE? Why does the Canadian military keep the contract with these *** User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost.
