I finally told them I was going to take legal action and received my package 3 days later Original review posted by user Dec 07, 2020 This is the second time I have had to deal with having my package held for an unreasonable time frame. You were holding my Bath and Body Works products till I threatened legal action for 6 days. Currently, this package has also been held for 6 days and you refuse to even answer a phone through your customer service. User's recommendation: NEVER,NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.
