DHL express was selected for my delivery option to have a part delivered to my house. They noted the package was out for delivery, however later that day I received a message stating they were unable to locate the delivery location. In order to ensure I received the product I had no choice but drive to the center by picking up collect. Please reimburse my shipping cost for this product on DHLs behalf for failure to deliver to my home. Waybill 209440****
