To complian about my order I purchased today 8/14/2021 No one will answer the phone my order was totally cold and the chicken was hard as a rock! We could not eat it and I wanted to return the order

The chicken was Cold and it was too hard to eat!! They were not wearing mask, only the young girl that waited on me had on a mask and it was not on her face properly. I just want them to make my order over because it was Not Eatable
