To complain about web site repeat failures in booking a car

Site times out before you can read terms. Then have to renter info and start over. On second and third tries rates go up or wont let you in not recognizing my blue chip number. Booked a car for one trip yesterday took me two hours for one trip booking. Trying to book another car for different trip today with same issues now have wasted one hour of my time. Can not get good English speaking people to talk to or get assistance from to book. You appear to be having major issues with your sit and overseas booking phone answering services. Have always used and favor your company in the past but think I best start looking for a different rental car service
