To complain about the quality of their refrigerator

My frig is several yrs old and I started having trouble about two yrs ago.my mom bought the same model and she had the exact same problem.its a dual cooling system and froze up in the back panel.I had a repairman come out and said this refrigerator is having this problem. I was told it had a leak in the coil and it was to expensive to fix and he would come and put Freon when it would start to warm down for the last year.. I will never ever buy another one again and will put it out there that Samsung product is horrible. I had to borrow a frig bcuz I cant afford to buy a new one User's recommendation: Not to ever purchase a Samsung product. I have to throw away my Beautiful refrigerated.
