To cancel my membership

I've not received any real contact with someone. I've changed my payment system. They have deducted a portion on July 9th. I will wait to either hear from them, or if they attempt to deduct another payment. this is quite disturbing that this company will not allow you to change setups past what they want. If this could have been on hold for at least a few months, i would be fine. I explained in a text to them, that by not going to work, i do not need this product every other month. When/If i return to work, I would probabaly still want these, but not now. the website keeps you in a loop and you cannot actually get to a "real" chat or phone call. Thanks for the email. User's recommendation: not worth it.
