To cancel it keep charging me

September 2017 this account was canceled so there should be no charges...I have tried to call and email(using the app in the play store) which is what the directions state to do for canceling. So why am I being charged now. This account was not set up by me and I have had identity theft and here we are again.. User's recommendation: Don't do it.
