I have tried for 2 days to resolve account issues. Each time I called I would get different information. Often times I had difficulty understanding the person on the other end of the phone. Wasted 2 days. I was told that the IT people would get with me in 3-5 business days. User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs. Contact the facility that uses this service and explain the need to have them contract this service out to a different company.
