They requested my driver's license &;;;;;;;;; a bank statement before they can issue the card. I called to ask how long I can expect it to take once I mail the requested documents. The customer service person informed me that they actually have a fax number I can send the documents to , and then it would only take 48 hours for them to approve the card.
