I recently learned that I have been dealing with 2 separate companies that sell Septic Helper 2000. I have also bought product from both of them, not realizing it wasn't just one company. What I learned is that the original inventor of the product is Mr. Miller who is in New Jersey. Mr. Plant passed away, and I was told that his wife cut salaries in half. From what I can tell, the company in New Jersey is now just Miller and they sell Septic Helper 2000 in the buckets with the scoop. Miller-Plante is in Florida and they sell Septic Helper 2000 in individual bags. Not sure when the split happened (obviously after the death of Mr. Plante). User's recommendation: I havve been using the product for at least 10 years and have had no problem with my septic system. I think the customer service problems arose when there was a split in management.
