To add minutes

Purchased 200 min/90 day plan. Added minutes on line but they have not been added to my phone. It's been 2 days. Tried calling customer service, it says I have a pending transaction, call back in 5 minutes..!! Have called back 28 times..!! I WANT MY MINUTES ADDRESS TO MY PHONE ASAP...!!!
