I called because the product I bought failed me. I spent $9,000 on a fence and used Olympic stain only to have a horrible discoloration a few months later. I spoke to your representative who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely educated on the matter and enlightened me to things I had no idea about. He was very helpful and patient (because to be honest I was not happy), however after speaking with him I realized that although I dont have the best options to fix the issue, there are options. Just wanted to take time to say Thank you for having such a great employee! Ps.... still not thrilled about what the stain did to my fence but its not the end of the world. User's recommendation: Research every single thing before staining a fence.
