Had issues with a product. Reached out via email jan 12 and FB jan 12. Received an email response jan 16 th and had thrown the bag away. They asked to provide any of the following information you have: -UPC bar code -Date/lot code (stamped number found on package-see attached photo for sample) -Where item was purchased from -Copy of receipt -Photos if any were taken Response: Hi Jessica, You can disregard this request because I threw away the bag after I did not get a reply for over a week. I do not have the information you are asking. Thank you anyway. Please provide any of the following information you have: UPC bar code - Threw the bags away (All 4) Date/lot code - above Where item was purchased from - Woodman's Madison, WI West location Copy of receipt - no longer have Photos if any were taken - posted some on FB messenger Best Regards.. Emily ....and had FB messenger photos and then they blocked me!
