TIVO sucks. Complicated. No help from Customer service.

I have been trying to install a TIVO edge to replace the TIVO box provided by the cable company. I have called twice. Absolutely no help. Bad phone connection to the Philippines both times. Agent can't understand that I'm trying to set up a new box. This has been chaos. MY ADVICE DON'T BUY THEIR JUNK AND AVOID THE ANXIETY AND FRUSTRATION OF A SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES NO ASSISTANCE. User's recommendation: DONT BUY.
