Hi, I have paid off my balance on August 22 and the check was processed after a week. It's now almost a month - I did not receive my title yet. I tried calling the support center, The wait time is infinite - couple of time I have waited over 45 mintues and dropped. I am wondering whether they have any support center staffs really. I am not getting any help and I am in a situation to sell of my vehicle by next month. This kind of service from Toyota finance greatly upsets me.. I am going through a lot these days and this burdens me up. Not sure where or how to get help! :(
