SharkNinja failure to fix or replace the hand unit. Then sending a lesser unit as a replacement for a discontinued model of less 2 years of the 5-year warranty. This was automatically done at the point of shipping without notice or phone explanation with or by the customer service. This was a defective unit which was NO fault by either my wife or me. After explaining the matter/issue by a phone conversation of the lesser unit, I was told to Email what was done and discussed....it was under PISSED CUSTOMER it says volumes in correcting the matter. The email was nice and your Company made it TRASHY/By the Title...God's Love User's recommendation: We will never purchased produces having the name of Shark.
