I have had this Tissot T-Touch II stainless steel for almost a year and when i realised the time is not synced, tried to replace the battery myself. And after sometime, found that the watch is not working properly. Hence, I took the watch to service center to get it repaired. After a few days leaving the watch for repair, I received an email from Tissot Customer Service that need to pay for repair fees even though it is under international 2 years warranty because watch has sign of third party intervention prior to the receipt. It is totally nonsense. What I can see is that since they want to get the repair fees for the watch which is under warranty, the service center anyhow give the reasons to void the international warranty. They quoted me humongous Singapore dollar S$ 485. It's totally outrageous and unacceptable. They even refuse to their own warranty. I have lost total confidence in this Tissot brand. I m really regretted to buy this Tissot watch. They are evil and no ethic at all.
