About 3 years ago I took my 2000 Nissan Sentra in to the Medford store on Hwy. 62. I bought 4 new tires and had the vehicle alignment done to ensure my investment. I bought tires with a 7 year/ 70, 000 mile warrantee. I went in today to have a tire checked that had developed a slow leak and when the tech came in he told me that he could not fix the tire or rotate any of the tires because the inside edge of all four tires was too worn?! The tires have 32, 000 miles on them and I have rotated them each time I have changed the vehicle's oil! When I mentioned this fact to the young man attending the counter, he informed me that there was nothing to be done because I had not had them do the rotation. In other words...HE ACTUALLY TRIED TO SELL ME ANOTHER SET OF TIRES!!! I have never been treated so shadily by this company. It so thoroughly disgusted me that I told them to put the vehicle down and that I'd take it home. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN LES SCWAB AGAIN AND WILL STEER ANYONE WHO ASKS MY OPINION AS FAR CLEAR OF THEM AS I AM ABLE! I believe that this business has slid completely from being trusted, in my opinion, based on my personal experience.
