Honestly? I love this shop and their conjures? Cool. But delivery of my orders? Not cool. I've read they have backlogs since 2018? I'm not hearing a single thing about updates of our orders? There's also a rule that you can't ask updates or you'll be banned? What kind of business ethics does this shop has. The only time we can hear about an update is if someone points them out about the cons in their shop. Owner can't even keep up with their 'strict schedule'. Promises these certain orders will be done but fails to deliver their promise. Reason? Bad mental health here and there. I don't have anything against bad mental health. No one wants to go through that *** But it's always the thing I've been hearing recently and it's frustrating. Someone asked for an update then the bad mental health is brought up or anything bad that happened at their home. Then sorry for asking and making us feel like *** that doesn't care about your well-being because we as well wanted to be with our spirit friends to help us cope with all the *** we're going through too. I'm sure everyone feels the same and please do your shop and your customers a favor and put it in hiatus until it's free from backlogs. Frankly, you're losing the respect of your clients. And here I thought this shop has potential. Guess I'm wrong. Can't answer DMs because you have anxiety and you're afraid you might read something negative or criticisms? You shouldn't be doing business if that's the case. Conjuring and vetting while high all the time? That sure is some good practice you have there. Go ahead and put your clients at risk. :) User's recommendation: I recommend you stay away from this shop until the owners get their *** together.
