Went through a tollbooth with no attendant on 8/4/19 in Pittsburgh; no tickets provided. Arrived in Philadelphia at booth and was told I had to pay $48.00 because no ticket was provided upon entry of turnpike in Pittsburgh. Tried to explain but man could have cared less and said I had to pay it. Was told to call customer service to resolve. This is ridiculous! The turnpike commission needs to get their stories straight on whether or not we need a ticket for the turnpike or not. Totally unprofessional!
