On my day off. I started getting text messages from U-Haul about a rental. I called them to tell them that I had not rented a thing from them. The representative was very diligent about getting a manager. She had to call 3 managers approx 30 mins later she made contact with one. They assured me that my phone number was taken out of their system. Well, One week later, I received a phone call from them giving me a quote regarding my truck and trailer at 8 AM. I called them once again, the representative was rude and tried to over talk me. Well, I made her listen and understand what was happening. She indicated that she would tell her manager. I am reaching out to the corporate office. If this is not handled with this step, it will go to the BBB
