Update by user Jan 15, 2021 After numerous emails and phone calls issue is still not resolved. Jamie in finance told me many customers with “WE OWES” still have not received their items. Why would you tell a customer that????They just don’t care. I was to receive a callback about when the cargo mat was coming in but 3 days later still haven’t received the call. I will be writing a letter to the corporate office of Rick Hendricks to see if that gets me anywhere. Will see. Original review posted by user Dec 16, 2020 Purchased a new 2021 Tahoe from Kingston. By the way this was our 3rd and final purchase from this dealership. Every word out of Kingston's mouth was " I Represent You". Only received 1 key fob and waiting on the "We Owe" Cargo Mat. Texted a week later to Kingston said he was sending. Nothing yet. 3 weeks later called the dealership and asked for GM. Oh! he doesn't come in until noon. Really???? Finally, spoke to Ryan the Sales manager, and he got my Key Fob mailed out right away. Still waiting on the Cargo Mat. Now we are over a month later and I call for Ryan. Oh! he doesn't come in until noon. What is it with people in charge?????? I am so sick of this BS from this dealership. All they want is your money, and then they cast you aside. They have the worst customer service in the world!!!!! How anyone can recommend them is beyond me. If they had zero stars or negative stars that's what I would be choosing. They want to you to always give a good rating, but they don't do anything to get the Awesome Rating. User's recommendation: RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
