Tired of excuses for not receiving our couch!

We ordered a couch July 6, 2020. The ad (still on the site with same delivery info) said delivery in 5-7 days. This is September 10, 2020. We have to call them and waaaaaaaaaaaait for someone to pick up. They don't call us with updates. Nice touch! First we were to receive it end of July, next it was supposed to be mid August. Then it was mid September, now we're being told maybe the end of October. Every explanation is a new song and dance. They refuse to refund us, yet they had noooooooo problem taking our money. We are now out $600.00 and still using a broken couch. I just want the money back. How are they allowed to take money and give nothing in return? How do they get away with this?! We are not a wealthy family. That $600 is our couch money. What are we supposed to do? Hard to rate the quality, delivery etc. when I haven't seen anything yet! The product thus far is non-existent. But I'll give one star just to keep the ratings down! Customer service is rude and abrupt. I am baffled as to how they remain in business. This is the worst shopping experience I've had with any store. They are NOT accredited with the BBB and have an F rating. User's recommendation: BEWARE!!! Wish I had read the reviews before purchase!
