Timeshare Resale Source is a scam!

In June of 2012 we paid $899.00 to list our timeshare with this company. After many phone calls, letters including sending certified letters we received a final letter from a broker acting on behalf of this company - offering us $220.83 for our timeshare. We have paid around $20,000.00 for our timeshare over the past 8 years. On top of that we would need to pay to transfer the deed in amount of $1079.00. Why would we accept this disgusting amount of money when we have already paid them 4 times this amount?! Every time we tried to contact someone at this company we were unable to speak to a supervisor.. we would be told "no one is available now" or no one is here" .. ridiculous! We have never heard from them with any sales information in the entire year we listed with them. Any contact was always initiated by us.. until just now- they supposedly listed it and had an offer of $202.50. Again, this is a scam! Just because a ridiculous offer comes in- they accept it and then offer us an amount close to it?
