I rented this van in Jamaica queens location on a weekly rental which was from Sunday to Sunday, and I was charges were made to my credit card. I had one vehicle all the time using and that vehicle was cargo van BE 2853Y33,82 plate#AJ45232AZ. The final week that I rented the vehicle I was charged twice August 24 for $305.29 and August 25 for $304.08. I returned the vehicle on August 26 and another charge was made to my card for the amount of $533.82. I went to the office and explained what happened, and I was told that my money will be refunded, to date almost 3 weeks I cannot have my money refunded yet to my account the total being in or about $752.13. Please look into this matter urgently because i am very frustrated. User's recommendation: To keep check on your bank statement.
