Time and prices

I came to get my oil changed and line shaft noise. I'm told 90 minutes. 5 hours later, I'm still here. I only received one update on my car, and I had to go to them. Not to mention how filthy the place looks. Very very unprofessional. Very disappointing, and I have come here for years.
