Sir, With due respect I want to draw your attention that on 10-July get SMS from your side that my consignment is booked. My consignment no. #JB01126****IN# &;;; whenever I track my consignment it's still showing that event booked on 1717-July and there no sign of movement. That parcel is really urgent for me.
