Tile email reset password not working after the 20th time!

Got a new iPhone its not letting me reset my password via email I have tried checking my spam, junk and all emails and still nothing g. Very frustrated customer especially since I have the premium version paying you guys monthly for a *** service Im pissed! User's recommendation: Don’t buy tile.
