Tickets not being refunded

I booked 2 tickets on Feb 25 & cancelled them Feb 26. Booking numbers 376839 & 376854. I had confirmation of the cancellation of these bookings & have yet to receive the refund. Could you please look into this? Gail Scott Email address [protected]@yahoo.ca I am a retired person & need the money at these trying times. Please please look into this!
