Tickets don’t have seat numbers

The tickets didnt have seat numbers and we were not allowed to stay at Fenway! I have no idea how to fer my money back because seat geek has not answered! The tickets were Scanned at the gate but not valid due to the seat being missing. We thought once we got to the row we would figure it out but all the seats in the row were taken and we were asked to leave after spending 270 dollars! I am not happy at all!. User's recommendation: Don’t do ir.
