Dear Dnata agency - Dubai international airport. Please I would like to get my ticket refund (due to flight cancellation) from Dubai to Calicut on Oman air. Traveler: Mohamed Mirshad Thayyil Booking reference: QNJQWR Invoice no [protected] Invoice Date: 04 Nov 2019 I had send many E mails to Dnata, there is no proper response. as per the booking date its nearly one and half year now. please return the money to my credit card
