Ticket purchase refund due to coronavirus

I purchased 2 passenger round-trip business class tickets from Newark NJ to Paris Orly from justfly.com on "La Compagnie" airlines. "La Compagnie" canceled the flights due to coronavirus. The airline authorized justfly.com to issue me a refund ($2, 000). When I contacted justfly.com, they claimed they hadn't heard from the airline. I waited 7 days, re-confirmed with the airline that they has sent the authorization. The airline asked me to have justfly.com request the authorization again. To date, the airline has not received that request. In addition, justfly.com told me that when, and if, I get the refund, they would subtract $33.90 because I paid for seat selection and they do not refund seat selection fees. So I am paying for assigned seats on a flight that doesn't exist.
