Throwing money away

I ordered a "limited Edition" spinner for my daughter. They charged my card instantly but other than the confirmation email , nothing. I have tried calling , email, and snail mail. No response. I had to start fraud proceedings with VISA. Avoid these guys like the plague!!!!!
