Three trips to get a new credit card!

I lost my wallet with my credit card and money and turned to them for a new one. I supposed that it would not take much time. But they had some problems with a machine that prints cards, so I had to make 3 trips! At first the manager told me to come in 4 days, I came and their machine still wasn’t working. So, he told me to come in 5 more days. It took me more than a week to get a new card. Why didn’t he just take my number and call me when the card was ready? That’s nonsense in our days to make your clients come to the branch to learn whether their cards are ready. We have cell phones for such cases. I gave 3 stars to a nice teller who gave the new card to me. She was very polite and shared some useful tips with me.

I waited for my card for over a month and it came, ta-dah ... with a mistake in the name!
