Three months wait for reluctant payment

FEELS LIKE FRAUD I wish I had seen the reviews on other sites before sending my DVDs. I have finally received payment 3 months after WeBuyDvds processed my stock, but I had to fight for it. My DVDs were viewed once or new & factory sealed, pristine & mint. I photographed my DVDs before sending. Three were apparently unplayable and had damaged artwork. No opportunity to contest. They were 'destroyed' according to policy. What nonsense. I can only imagine how much additional money they make by skimming an extra pound or two off the top of the original agreed price of every customer. The 'cheque pending' wait time was a month. Two weeks after 'issue' the cheque hadn't arrived and I had to email to inform them. As a 'gesture of goodwill' they agreed to re-issue the cheque without charging me the £12.50 admin fee. This is a well-oiled fraud machine that should be avoided at all costs and will be avoided by me for certain.
