I received wet, uneven bundles of hair. None of which was the length I ordered and paid for. After speaking with Lily at the company explaining my disappointment I sent the bundles back immediately. They refuse to refund my money after acknowledging receiving the hair. They have basically stole my funds! Lily says it's her boss but throughout the years she has been the only person I have dealt with along with my stylist and other customers. I feel like this is retaliation because I didn't settle for the shabby wet bundles that were sent to me.
