Three Brothers Restaurant, Waldorf Maryland – “Following Directions is too hard for them”

Don't go there in the evening. The service we received was horrible. There is a reason they are empty on a Thursday evening after 7 p.m., people don't go back. I must temper my complaint a little. I have had better service during lunch time. I think what it is is that these young girls who work in the Waldorf area don't care about customer needs. They don't care if your order was correct. They don't care if you need anything else. They simply do not care about connecting with their customers. I hate to be gender biased because I think it would probably be the same if they were young guys. It has to do with how people are raised in my area I think. These *** kids are spoiled and don't value anything, or have any values. No I'm not 100 years old! I told the cashier three different times I wanted a meatball sub without cheese. Not hard right? I was busy paying bills when the order came out and didn't notice it had cheese. I took it off, but I was *** the whole time about it to my wife. Then she noticed that her order had an enormous mountain of cheese that we quickly crafted into a round softball size chunk. There was a part of me that wanted to take that cheese and write out something on the table like "Follow Directions you lazy ***!" But it wasn't worth my time. I just figured I'll fix them by not coming back. So then I went back to get a to-go box, the cashier acted like she wasn't all there, like her mind was elsewhere (because it probably was). Then she asked me what I needed the to-go box for? She couldn't remember what we had ordered about 20 minutes earlier. It's not like there were 100 customers in the restaurant, there were three and maybe 2 carry out orders. I was really pissed when they closed Three Brothers Restaurant in LaPlata Maryland due to competition. Their service was 100% better than the Waldorf restaurant. If I had a choice, I think they should have closed the Waldorf one. Now luckily the La Plata restaurant reopened. The thing that got me most is as they brought out other customer orders, you think they could stop by and ask how we were doing? I kind of muttered, yeah I guess it's too hard to ask how your customers are doing... Why don't you do as little work as possible... Again, this was one bad experience out of several visits, and yeah I guess I was kind of in a bad mood a little. But it was so obvious that they weren't trying to have any customer service. They got my money, eat, shut up, and get out! That is how I felt. I love Italian food, but if I go there again, it won't be in the evening, and it won't be any time in the next 12 months. I'll have to think long and hard about going back to the Waldorf restaurant.
