Three and a half months for refund, after dozens of unanswered emails and promised call backs never made

I have spent a lot of money at this store. But I won't ever purchase anything from them again. Rejuvenation Hardware's customer service is truly awful. After the store sent a faulty chime that I paid a contractor to install, I was promised early March that I would be reimbursed for the reinstall of a new chime. I sent my invoice in March 8, but the email was never answered. I emailed and called the store on and off with customer service reps saying they would call me back, and never calling me back, and with emails going unanswered. Finally, August 12, I called again. The rep, who kept interrupting me, finally determined that I had been reimbursed by credit card on June 21st. But no one had ever told me that. Ugh. Plus, a high end entry set I purchased from the place: Well, the bronze door *** keeps falling off. Rejuvenation Hardware: You need to rejuvenate your quality and customer service.
