On the 8100 block of st. Lawrence in chicago I'll 60619 at about 4am a delivery person was on the block being rude car parked in the middle of the block without movement, I live on that block I attempted to ask the person to move up are park to prevent from blocking me in the parking space. She said no then gave me the Finger and attempted to throw out threats an walked up to my car, I called police after but they did not arrive while she was there the driver was African American female about 5'7 with braids I will like the person to be removed from that route of the 8100 block of st.
