I could hardly believe it when one teen worker and several of his thug peers and co workers threatened to beat my ten year old son and eleven year old daughter. I had to literally defend my children against this thugs who then stated that they would beat me and my husband. When I complained to management we were told no one to handle complaint. We were told to leave as the employee thug (Dominque) had to be held back as he attempted to advance towards my husband who was hold our 2 year of son in his arms. This place really needs to be closed. They literally said they could do anything they wanted since that had a private owner and had no corporate complaint policy. Police were called and the officer stated that we should file with Better Business Bureau and that this happens all the time here.
