I had a simple size exchange transaction (11/9/19). The Customer service rep was rude, impatient, bullying, unprofessional, raised her voice & tried to intimidate. Whatever company is currently running Coldwater Creek needs to screen their service reps more thoroughly, train them how to be customer service reps, record & regularly review their customer service calls, and fire those who are clearly not cut out for customer service.
