I ordered the free trial offer. Paid shipping and handling. When my face turned red and blistered I called (still within the trial period) Katie a customer service rep told me that it is normal for that to happen, it is the skin shedding dead cells. Uh...no. Not to this extent. She then told me they require a RMA number to return the item. At my cost. So this free trial cost me $12 plus Benedryl and Aloe Vera gel. If you read the terms and conditions, which I did, I understand it to be required on any item purchased.....Obviously the word free means something entirely different to this company. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!!
